Seabass on a bed of wild mushrooms

For this recipe, get as many varieties of mushrooms as you can find. Hopefully you will find at least 3 kinds. Sauté all the mushrooms with 1 chopped onion. Once they are cooked add 1/4 cup of soy sauce. This sauce can be made ahead of time and heat it when serving the fish.
Slightly blend all ingredients, but don’t over do it.
Place the sea bass for 20 to 30 mins depending on your oven. Once donde, place the fish on top of the mushroom mix. It's ready to be enjoyed!
