Seabass with a crust of pistachio and almonds

  1. 1/2 cup of pistachios

  2. 1/2 of pealed almonds

  3. Salt

  4. Pepper

  5. 1 garlic


Slightly blend all ingredients, but don’t over do it.

Place a layer of the mix on top of the fish as you place it in the oven.
